Have you heard the news? On April 30, 2020, CMS authorized physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to provide telehealth services for the duration of the COVID-19 emergency response period—which means rehab therapists can now receive reimbursement from Medicare and many commercial payers for telerehab treatment.

This expansion has made telehealth a real possibility for rehab therapy providers looking to maintain care continuity—particularly for their most vulnerable patients—and generate enough business to keep their doors open through the remainder of the pandemic. But for many therapists, remote care is uncharted territory. That’s where we come in.

Wondering how you can leverage virtual therapy in your organization? Confused about telehealth documentation, billing, and compliance requirements? Unsure how to market telerehab services to patients and referral sources?

Join our team of rehab therapy telehealth experts for a free webinar to learn everything you need to know to get up and running with telehealth in your practice. During this 90-minute presentation, hosts Heidi Jannenga, PT, DPT, ATC, WebPT Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer; Scott Hebert, DPT, WebPT Director of Product Management; and special guest host Rick Gawenda, PT, Founder and President of Gawenda Seminars & Consulting will:

  • Cover recent regulatory updates and how they impact outpatient PT, OT, and SLP providers;
  • Explain the operational logistics of implementing a telehealth care model; and
  • Offer best practices for conducting telerehab sessions in a way that maximizes value for patients.

Our hosts also show a quick “mock” appointment example using WebPT Virtual Visits, our telehealth solution. Check it out here:
